Hello hello!
We put an offer in on a home we saw this past weekend. I was a little hesitant because the zillow zestimate was pretty low, however, we loved this house and if it's within our means then why wouldn't we put in an offer?
So we did it! And we got the counter today! And we countered the counter! And I think we may be in the home stretch.....
Let's hope the next 24 hours are more like this:
