when i look back at my pregnancy, i'm going to remember all the silly photo shoots i made my husband endure. our dslr is semi-new and we're still familiarizing ourselves with it, especially the auto-timer mode. the fun thing about auto-timer is that it captures some hilarious candid moments. the not-so-fun thing about auto-timer is that you have to have some serious patience to get it just right.

tonight we were working on our gender reveal pictures (taking shots for a boy and a girl since we're not going to know what we're having until Friday). i had this great glitter idea but it just resulted in various outtakes and a floor full of pink and blue glitter. needless to say my glitter idea was not so great.

tomorrow we shall tackle confetti. stay tuned for the big reveal on friday (minus the glitter).
