Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday weekend. S and I stopped by the new house on our way home last night from a delicious dinner with the Vega family. The sellers have officially moved out and the home is now empty waiting patiently for our arrival so of course we took this opportunity to do a bit more stalking. We sign the final paperwork tomorrow then go through the final stage of SIGN, FUND AND RECORD (I think that's what it's called). And then we should be getting our keys by Friday!!!
