baby girl met the big guy last week. i never really understood why my mom would dress my sister and i up every single year just to sit on the lap of an old man that looked exactly like a fictitious character. i now know, it's all for the mamas! this moment was wonderful! i squealed like a baby and smiled from ear to ear the entire time.
having a holiday baby is really the most glorious thing imaginable. she looked so tiny in santa's arms i could barely handle it. my little darling is truly the best gift i've ever received. ever.
