i'm pretty sure this weekend marks the beginning of fall. it certainly doesn't feel like fall yet but i will pretend by indulging in all things pumpkin, including pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin pancake mix from trader joes, pumpkin martinis....oh wait....no pumpkin martinis this season BUT perhaps i can make a pumpkin smoothie ;) 

praying for the nice crisp weather to soon follow because this pregnant mama is in some desperate need of a massive cool down.

a few years ago i spent a couple months in nyc during the fall. i will remember this time always and this video does a beautiful job at capturing the city during this magical season.

this year, the official start of fall is today! get excited, it's time to get out those cuddle blankets and start filling your house with those orange colored autumn scented candles!
