1359 East Villa, Pasadena

S and I recently went to look at this home. It passed every test I had on my list:

1.) Home with character --- check!
2.) Three bedrooms --- check!
3.) Cute backyard with a garage --- check!
4.) Hardwood floors --- check!

It didn't pass, however, the two things S has on his list:

1.) Location --- not ideal for S
2.) Price --- this beauty is priced at $565k, again, not ideal for S

But with an interior like this:

WHO CARES ABOUT LOCATION?! I'd spend all my days holed up in my perfect little home! However, the price was still a bit of an issue. M, our agent, said this one was priced to sell. Meaning, they will likely get offers at asking or even above asking. 

Keeping my fingers crossed for an identical home to pop up in the market at a slightly lower price.
